Team management: Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of MEP technicians and contractors. Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure staff follow safety protocols.
Maintenance and repair: Oversee and execute both routine preventive maintenance and reactive repairs for all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, and plumbing.
Quality and compliance: Ensure all work is completed to high standards and complies with safety regulations, codes, and internal policies. Perform audits and inspections to verify quality.
Emergency response: Act as a point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate the timely resolution of breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Project support: Assist with the commissioning of new systems, coordinate with project managers, and contribute to the planning and execution of new installations.
Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, service reports, and inventory. Prepare daily, monthly, and other reports for management.
Resource management: Ensure the optimal use of manpower, equipment, and materials. Manage spare parts inventory and contribute to procurement efforts.
Qualifications
:
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is often preferred, along with relevant certifications.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including their operational sequences.
Proficiency in managing and leading a technical team.
