About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead and manage electromechanical installation teams on construction sites. You will ensure high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion of electromechanical works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electromechanical installation teams on site
• Ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards
• Manage daily work schedules and coordinate team activities
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure workplace safety compliance
• Quality inspection of completed electromechanical works
• Communicate with project management regarding progress and challenges
• Support cost and material management on assigned projects
• Mentor and train workers in proper techniques and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of daily work progress

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in electromechanical installation and contracting
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of electromechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
• Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications
• Familiarity with UAE market rates and labor practices
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Physical ability to work on construction sites
