MEP supervisor

Abhath Building Maintenance L.L.C is a professional facility management company in Dubai specializing in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and general building maintenance services.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Supervisor to lead our technical team and ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, scheduling daily jobs, estimating materials for quotations, and ensuring all maintenance work (AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil) is completed safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership: Supervise and assign daily tasks to electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, and helpers.

* Site Management: Inspect sites for quality control and ensure work meets company standards.

* Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex faults in HVAC (Split/Chiller), Electrical Distribution Boards (3-phase), and Plumbing systems when technicians need support.

* Quotations & Estimation: Visit new client sites to survey requirements and prepare material lists and labor estimates for quotations.

* Material Procurement: Organize tools and materials required for jobs; ensure no wastage of company resources.

* Reporting: Submit daily work reports to management, including job status, attendance, and site photos.

* Emergency Response: Coordinate rapid responses to emergency breakdown calls.

* Safety Compliance: Ensure all staff follow UAE safety regulations (HSE) and wear appropriate PPE.

Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Building Maintenance / Facility Management in the UAE.

* Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning.

* Technical Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge of AC (install/repair), Electrical wiring, and Plumbing.

* License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

* Communication: Fluent in Hindi and functional English (reading/writing for reports and emails).

* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ability to handle client complaints professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

* Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and DEWA regulations.
