MEP Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Supervisor with a valid UAE Driving License to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring high-quality execution of work, and coordinating transportation to different project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of MEP technicians and subcontractors at project sites.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily work schedules, ensuring timely and quality completion of tasks.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents for MEP systems.
• Ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify progress, quality, and compliance with safety and building codes.
• Troubleshoot issues related to MEP works and provide effective technical solutions.
• Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and equipment for ongoing site activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on manpower, work progress, and material usage.
• Drive to and from different work locations using a company-provided vehicle, as required.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at worksites.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and clients regarding technical and site requirements.
• Train and mentor technicians to improve their skills and efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision (construction/maintenance/FM industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations, standards, and safety codes.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites/projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
