MEP Supervisor-Facility Management

Our prestigious client is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor for a facility maintenance project under the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) at Al Wajbah.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily MEP operations, managing technical teams, and ensuring the effective execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance activities within a healthcare facility environment.

Position: MEP Supervisor
Location: Al Wajbah
Employment Type: 1 month (with possible extension)
Salary: QAR 3,500 per month (all-inclusive)
Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days per week
Joining Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP maintenance activities on-site.
• Coordinate and manage technicians across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Assign, monitor, and follow up on daily maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all works comply with PHCC standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections, fault identification, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain daily progress reports and proper documentation.
• Liaise with facility engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure maintenance activities are carried out with minimal disruption to healthcare operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor, preferably in facility maintenance.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Previous experience in healthcare facilities or critical environments is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and site plans.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) is required.
