Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Technician, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The MEP Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair. The technician will ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and will address any issues promptly to support hospital operations.

Skill and Qualifications

1. Maintenance and Repair: Installing, maintaining, and repairing MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

2. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues with MEP systems and equipment.

3. Inspections: Conducting regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure systems are operating efficiently.

4. Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.

5. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

6. Safety Compliance: Following safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.

7. Collaboration: Working with other technicians and facility management teams to address maintenance needs.

8. Emergency Response: Responding to emergency maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly.

9. System Monitoring: Monitoring energy usage and recommending energy-efficient solutions.

10. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.

11. Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations.

12. Planning and scheduling repairs.

Salary Range:- 2500 AED to 3500 AED
