MEP Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the MEP maintenance team (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Inspect MEP systems regularly and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are adhered to.
• Diagnose faults and supervise repair work, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of work orders, equipment servicing, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety standards.
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for specialized services or supply of parts.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians.
• Coordinate with the facility management team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Prepare and submit reports on maintenance performance, equipment condition, and service quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in MEP supervision within the UAE, preferably in a facility management environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
