Mechanical Inspector

Objective

To ensure that the vehicles are well maintained and in a presentable condition, as well as ensuring timely mechanical checkup and maintained with coordination with workshop.

Qualification

• Holding a recognized qualification in motor vehicle repair or equivalent experience in relevant field
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Experience inspecting vehicles, with the Vehicle Code familiarity.
• Must have good problem solving abilities as well as knowledge of car mechanics and safety procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Preferably holding UAE driving license.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In charge on Fleet logistical issues and keep fleet reports up to date
• Follow and update Fleet Management System (LES, CERT, Orbits, etc.)
• Overlook Daily Fleet Movement with Key Controller and Fleet Inspectors
• POS devices availability and Operational status (Complaint Handling)
• POS devices availability and Operational status (Complaint Handling)
• Schedule & Inspection for Muroor and ITC Test - Fleet Registration Renewal process
• Schedule & Inspection for Muroor and ITC Test - Fleet Registration Renewal process
• Maintained and updating report
• Coordination with PRO for Renewal and handling registration cards
• Maintain NGV Operational (CNG Maintenance by coordinating ET)
• Follow up CNG Work orders and Invoices
• Coordinate with Motopro for Mechanical and Accident Repair
• Coordinates with Emirates Transports following CNG operations and logistics support.
• Coordinates with PayBy with regard to POS Devices logistics support
• Demonstrate sound judgment in respect of competent serviceability
• Ability to assess the state and life expectancy of vehicle components
• Ability to identify and priorities vehicle defects
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Vehicle inspecting, repairs and maintenance: 1 year (Required)
• Vehicle Mechanics & procedures: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE license (Preferred)
