MEP Technician

Position: MEP Technician

Responsibilities:

• Installation and Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems.
• System Inspection: Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on all MEP systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
• Technical Reporting: Prepare and present technical reports detailing the status of all MEP systems and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve performance and reduce energy costs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders to optimize work processes and ensure seamless operations.
