Job Title: MEP Technician

Location: Sharjah
Experience Required: 2–4 Years (adjustable as needed)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MEP Technician to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience and the ability to ensure smooth operation of all MEP services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC units, electrical panels, wiring, pumps, valves, and plumbing fixtures.
• Install, inspect, and test new MEP equipment as required.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and service reports.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with company and site regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical troubleshooting, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Basic computer skills (preferred).
