Job Purpose:

To perform preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance of mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing systems in accordance with company standards and safety regulations. The role ensures optimal operation of all MEP installations across Aqua Bridge Holdings facilities and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Systems:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, ensuring safety compliance.
• Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure functionality and compliance with regulations.

2. HVAC / Air Conditioning Systems:

• Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of split, package, and central AC units.
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration and air conditioning system faults.
• Conduct regular cleaning and replacement of filters, compressors, and condensers.

3. Plumbing Systems:

• Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Repair leaks, blockages, and other plumbing malfunctions promptly.
• Ensure proper functioning of pumps, valves, and piping networks.

4. Mechanical & General Maintenance:

• Perform routine inspection and servicing of mechanical systems.
• Assist in the installation of MEP systems during new construction or renovation projects.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
• Report major faults or system issues to supervisors for corrective action.
• Support inventory management by reporting materials used or required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and maintenance best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
