MePS Project Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for an experienced Project Civil Engineer for White Sky Transport and General Contracting LLC, a sister concern of Zainab Building Materials, located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, with strong experience in the Municipal electronic permitting system (MePS), authority approvals, and project site supervision.

Job requirements:

• Must have 8 to 10 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects.
• Practicing Engineer License in Abu Dhabi is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Municipal electronic permitting system (MePS).
• Proven experience independently handling MePS submissions, authority comments, revisions, and final permit approvals.
• Strong experience dealing with Abu Dhabi authorities including ADM, DCD, Estidama, and other relevant departments.
• Proven project experience in civil construction with the ability to coordinate between site teams, consultants, and authorities.
• Ability to conduct site supervision and inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, permits, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate between site execution and MePS approvals, ensuring construction activities align with approved permits.
• Ability to prepare, review, and submit drawings, documents, NOCs, and compliance reports through MePS.
• Identify site issues impacting approvals and manage revisions through MePS proactively.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi building regulations, codes, and approval workflows.
• Experience in industrial and commercial projects preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple approval processes simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and document submission platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month (based on proven MePS experience, authority handling, and project responsibility)
