Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Preparation

• Follow the assigned journey plan and ensure proper execution of daily tasks.

2. Product Merchandising and Display

• Merchandise and enhance product display to attract sales at primary and secondary locations (gondolas, floor displays, etc.).
• Maintain product quality by checking expiration dates and ensuring freshness.
• Practice FIFO (First In, First Out) to maintain proper product rotation.
• Replenish shelves with back stock to maintain the correct quantity of products on display.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of product shelves at all times.

3. Communication and Coordination

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff by providing excellent service.
• Communicate product merchandising needs and store requirements with field sales supervisors.
• Keep management informed about competitor activities, including pricing changes, store promotions, and off-shelf displays.
• In case of any issues, promptly escalate the matter to the merchandiser supervisor and avoid handling it directly with the store team.

4. Inventory and Reporting

• Report directly to the merchandiser supervisor on stock levels, competitor activities, and store conditions.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure that all reports are accurate and up-to-date.

5. Application (SHELVZ):

• Use the SHELVZ application at all times to log activities.
• Check in and out from inside the store or at the front door.
• Take and upload pictures of the product displays before and after replenishment, covering all locations (main shelf, gondola, floor display, etc.).
• Conduct accurate Product, Stock, and Expiry Audits using the app.
• Sync the application before starting duty to ensure all data is up-to-date.
• Follow the assigned journey plan; no unscheduled visits or changes without prior approval from the direct manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and intermediate English skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of stock management and merchandising principles.
• Familiarity with using mobile apps for reporting and inventory purposes.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid driving license.
• Use their own vehicle for work-related travel.
• The gas allowance and phone/internet expenses are included in the total package.

· اتباع خطة الرحلة المحددة وضمان التنفيذ الصحيح للمهام اليومية.

2. عرض المنتجات والترويج

· تحسين عرض المنتجات لجذب المبيعات في المواقع الرئيسية والثانوية (مثل الرفوف والعروض الأرضية).

· الحفاظ على جودة المنتج من خلال التحقق من تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية وضمان نضارة المنتجات.

· ممارسة نظام FIFO (الأول في الدخول، الأول في الخروج) للحفاظ على دوران المنتجات بشكل صحيح.

· إعادة ملء الرفوف بالمخزون الخلفي للحفاظ على الكمية الصحيحة من المنتجات المعروضة.

· ضمان نظافة وتنظيم الرفوف الخاصة بالمنتجات في جميع الأوقات.

3. التواصل والتنسيق

· بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع مديري المتاجر والموظفين من خلال تقديم خدمة ممتازة.

· التواصل حول احتياجات عرض المنتجات ومتطلبات المتجر مع مشرفي المبيعات الميدانية.

· إبقاء الإدارة على اطلاع بأنشطة المنافسين، بما في ذلك تغييرات الأسعار، والعروض الترويجية، والعروض خارج الرفوف.

· في حالة وجود أي مشكلات، يجب تصعيد الأمر على الفور إلى مشرف المصففين وتجنب التعامل معه مباشرةً مع فريق المتجر.

4. الجرد والتقارير

· الإبلاغ مباشرة إلى مشرف المصففين عن مستويات المخزون، وأنشطة المنافسين، وظروف المتجر.

· مراقبة مستويات المخزون، وإجراء عمليات التدقيق، وضمان دقة جميع التقارير وتحديثها.

5. التطبيق (SHELVZ)

· استخدام تطبيق SHELVZ في جميع الأوقات لتسجيل الأنشطة.

· تسجيل الدخول والخروج من داخل المتجر أو عند الباب الأمامي.

· التقاط وتحميل صور لعرض المنتجات قبل وبعد إعادة الملء، تغطي جميع المواقع (الرف الرئيسي، الرفوف، العرض الأرضي، إلخ).

· إجراء تدقيقات دقيقة للمنتجات والمخزون وتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية باستخدام التطبيق.

· مزامنة التطبيق قبل بدء العمل لضمان تحديث جميع البيانات.

· اتباع خطة الرحلة المحددة؛ لا زيارات غير مجدولة أو تغييرات دون موافقة مسبقة من المدير المباشر.

المؤهلات:

• دبلوم / الثانوية أو ما يعادله.
• خبرة كمنسق مبيعات أو في دور مشابه.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
• إجادة اللغة العربية ومهارات اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى متوسط.
• اهتمام بالتفاصيل وقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
• معرفة أساسية بمبادئ إدارة المخزون والترويج.
• إلمام باستخدام التطبيقات فالجوال لأغراض التقارير والمخزون.
• يجب أن يكون لديك رخصة قيادة سارية.

المتطلبات:

• يجب أن يكون لديه رخصة قيادة سارية.
• استخدام السيارة الشخصية لأغراض العمل.
• يشمل إجمالي الراتب بدل البنزين ونفقات الاتصال/الإنترنت.
