Merchandiser

Noor Brands is a leading distribution company, representing premium food and consumer brands in Pakistan. We are expanding our team in Lahore and looking for energetic and detail-oriented Merchandisers to ensure strong product presence and visibility in the market.

Job Description:
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective display, availability, and promotion of our products in retail outlets. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to maintain brand standards and ensure maximum visibility in stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail stores and ensure product availability on shelves.
• Arrange and maintain product displays as per company guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales/order bookers for replenishment.
• Ensure proper placement of promotional materials (posters, wobblers, shelf talkers, etc.).
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
• Build good relationships with store staff and management.
• Share daily updates and reports with the sales supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Previous merchandising or sales experience is a plus, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and a presentable personality.
• Ability to travel within Lahore markets.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
