Associate Manager, Sourcing (Apparel)

Position Summary

To support the successful transformation of the business in becoming a world-class sourcing organization by maintaining strong business relationships and executing business strategies at the operational level through core sourcing competencies. To effectively support the pre-production and production/operations responsibilities. To support corporate headquarters in partnering with global counterparts to ensure that all business goals and objectives are met.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison for day-to-day global sourcing operations and work effectively with cross-functional partners across the globe
  • Understanding of all TCP processes, systems and expectations
  • Manage WIP reports and closely monitor bulk production to ensure orders are shipped on time.
  • Align tasks to achieve calendar deliverables
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems
  • Implementing proper and efficient tracking mechanisms and report to corporate headquarters
  • Use Microsoft Excel to analyze datasets, create pivot tables, charts, and reports
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
  • Assist in preparing dashboards and performance reports


Education and Experience:

  • Degree or above credential in Fashion Design, Clothing/Textiles, or related discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience in related roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook). Pivots, look up functions required.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts
  • Exposure in vendor score carding and capacity tools
  • Good command of both verbal and written English skills
  • Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
