Merchandiser

Location: Karachi (On-site)

We are looking for a Merchandiser who can coordinate product development, manage vendors, and ensure premium quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely sampling and production.

Assist design and production teams in developing new styles and collections.

Manage costing, lead times, and approvals of fabrics, trims, and finished garments.

Ensure smooth execution of product development from concept to final production.

Monitor quality control, shrinkage, wash, and durability of fabrics and garments.

Maintain records of sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in apparel merchandising.

Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes.

Knowledge of prints and embroidery development (techniques, sourcing, approvals).

Experience working with vendors, embroidery units, and print houses is a plus.

Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
