We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Istanbul. As part of an international organization operating across diverse markets, our team supports product-related activities, works closely with external partners and contributes to the coordination of various operational processes. In this role, the selected candidate will manage end-to-end merchandising responsibilities, maintain strong vendor relationships, and ensure the smooth progression of products from development to delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard reliable manufacturing partners that can deliver competitive, high-quality products in line with commercial expectations.

Assess potential and existing suppliers using internal performance standards and category-specific requirements.

Coordinate the full order lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate handling of documentation and system updates from initial brief to final delivery.

Partner with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain teams to resolve production, compliance and logistics related matters.

Oversee sample development by working directly with factories to ensure alignment with design intent, technical specifications, and cost targets.

Support seasonal planning by preparing materials, attending range discussions, and ensuring that all stakeholders remain aligned.

Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics by gathering input from external sourcing partners and industry contacts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

7–10 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing or product development within an international environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, combined with confident negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure and manage multiple priorities with a positive approach.

Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently and taking ownership of key deliverables.

Knowledge of European compliance frameworks and market expectations is an advantage.

Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
