Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to ensure proper product display and availability at assigned retail outlets. The role focuses on maintaining brand standards, maximizing shelf presence, and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and display products on shelves according to company standards and planograms.
  • Ensure continuous product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and apply FIFO (First In, First Out).
  • Check and ensure price accuracy according to approved price lists.
  • Implement in-store promotions and install promotional materials.
  • Conduct regular market visits and prepare reports on stock levels, sales, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
  • Previous experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in FMCG or food products.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
