Merchandiser

We are seeking an analytical and creative Merchandiser to plan and implement merchandising strategies, coordinate with channel partners, and build strong customer relationships. The role involves analysing sales trends and customer behaviour, managing inventory, ensuring attractive product displays, and implementing promotional activities to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies.
• Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to identify product needs.
• Maintain appealing product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock movement.
• Ensure retail staff are informed about product details and promotions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the company.
• Forecast sales and profits while managing assigned budgets.

Requirements

• Preferably bachelors degree.
• Previous experience in merchandising or retail (preferred).
• Degree in business, marketing, retail, or a related field (advantage).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
