Merchandising Director - Fashion

We are looking for a Merchandising Director to drive our end-to-end Merchandise Planning transformation across the Fashion vertical. This is a pivotal role within our Merchandising community, overseeing our Merchandise strategy and operational excellence across Retail, E-commerce, Distribution/Wholesale, and Marketplaces.

You will lead a large regional team, influence senior stakeholders, partner with logistics and finance, and support the onboarding of new brands as our Fashion portfolio grows. Your responsibilities will be to:

• Define, review, and challenge planning strategies across Fashion sub-verticals to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Drive performance against key KPIs (OTB, stock, ISA, sell-through, DOI, OTIF, fill rates)
• Balance planning priorities across channels the different channels: Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce & Marketplaces.
• Act as the planning escalation point for VP Planning, ensuring fast and effective decision-making.
• Review and challenge OTB, supply plans, markdown & liquidation strategy.
• Support S&OP readiness and integrated demand/supply alignment.
• Ensure effective inventory, product allocation, and omni-stock management.
• Lead adoption of new technologies (SAP + Blue Yonder), governance models & planning best practices
• Drive process standardization across markets and brands.
• Support planning development as the portfolio grows enabling seamless onboarding of new brands.
• Champion continuous improvement, digital integration, and ESG alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a community of Merchandisers and Merchandise Managers.
• Foster talent mobility, technical upskilling & coaching.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and high performance.
