Merchandising Executive (Night Shift) On Site

Join our team and be part of the luxury jewelry industry! We are looking for a Merchandising Executive to support our merchandising team in trend research, product planning, and market analysis to create exquisite collections that captivate high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Trend Research – Assist in identifying emerging jewelry trends, consumer preferences, and industry insights to support collection development. Product Planning Support – Help in organizing and maintaining product assortments, ensuring a balanced and well-structured selection. Sales & Inventory Analysis – Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize product offerings. Coordination & Reporting – Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans and maintain accurate records. Luxury Brand Positioning – Support in ensuring product selections and presentations align with the brand’s premium identity.

What We’re Looking For:

✔A candidate with previous experience in merchandising, retail, or the fashion/ jewelry industry.
✔ Strong interest and knowledge of jewelry trends and luxury markets
✔ Excellent analytical and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple tasks
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is a plus
✔Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field.

✔Excellent communication and coordination skills

✔Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

✔Proficiency in English language (Written & verbal)

✔Willingness to travel whenever required by the Company.

Timings : Night shift

Working days: 6 days a week

Market Competitive Salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
