Merchant Acquisition Specialist - POS

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients across various industries in the UAE.
  • Use innovative strategies and tools to generate leads and convert them into valuable opportunities.
  • Develop tailored pitches to effectively onboard new clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for acquired clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to maximize client retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Proactively address client concerns and offer solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Leverage knowledge of the UAE market to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Understand local business practices and customer needs to craft effective sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales/merchant acquisition and account management within the UAE market.
  • Strong network and understanding of the local business landscape.
  • Excellent lead generation and prospecting abilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
