
Merchant Acquisition Team Leader – F&B
Cairo, Egypt
Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and develop acquisition teams across assigned regions (Delta, Cairo, Alexandria, Upper Egypt).

Monitor and ensure achievement of acquisition targets, KPIs, and acquisition goals.

Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants and stakeholders in the F&B/HoReCa industry.

Oversee acquisition pipelines and ensure effective follow-up on leads and opportunities.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on acquisition performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.

Manage conflict effectively and provide solutions that align with company goals.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry, including at least 1–2 years in a Team Leader role.

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Proven experience managing and motivating teams in multiple regions.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Strong knowledge of F&B market dynamics and distribution channels.

Well-established network within the F&B and HoReCa industries.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and follow-up skills.

Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.

Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

Demonstrated ability in performance reviews and pipeline oversight, ensuring sales targets, KPIs, and acquisition stages are monitored and achieved.
