Job Purpose:

The onboarding Specialist will play a key role in managing the merchant self-entry and referral process, ensuring smooth onboarding, stable order flow, and high-quality supply. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the process of merchant self-entry and referral , including contacting merchants and guiding them through the onboarding process.
• Allocate self-entry stores in line with established rules to ensure stable and sustainable sales orders .
• Conduct supply quality inspections of newly onboarded merchants and support the sales team in implementing necessary improvements.
• Address and resolve operational issues related to merchant settlement and ensure a smooth operational experience.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to continuously enhance merchant satisfaction and process efficiency.

• Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Excellent team player with outstanding communication skills, able to support colleagues and contribute to overall team effectiveness.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
