MERN/ AI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly autonomous Full Stack MERN Developer who can operate as a one-person product engineering unit—designing, building, and deploying complete digital products end-to-end.

This role is not for a conventional developer. You must be an AI-native engineer, capable of leveraging tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and other AI agents to dramatically accelerate development across mobile apps, backend systems, and web platforms.

You will work closely with product leadership to translate ideas into production-grade applications with speed, quality, and scalability in mind.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Development: Build mobile apps (React Native / Expo), web apps (React.js), and backend systems (Node.js / Express.js)
• AI-Augmented Development: Use AI tools to scaffold, optimize, debug, and accelerate development
• Architecture & System Design: Design scalable architectures and implement best practices
• DevOps & Deployment: Deploy applications on AWS/GCP/Azure, manage CI/CD and monitoring
• Database & Data Handling: Design MongoDB schemas and optimize queries
• Product Thinking: Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Experience with React Native / Expo
• Experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, async programming, and Git
• Experience deploying full-stack applications independently
