About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement APIs and integrate them with front-end and back-end systems.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and high performance of applications.
• Work with databases (MongoDB) to store, query, and manage application data.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers in an Agile environment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with React.js for building user interfaces.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and database design concepts.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging abilities, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
• Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
