MERN Stack Developer

Job Description:

Ropstam Solutions is looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our growing development team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Manage deployment, monitoring, and maintenance on AWS infrastructure.
• Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• 2.5+ years of proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js).
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
• Experience with MongoDB database design and management.
• Strong grasp of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with Redux or other state management libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in application architecture design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
