MERN Stack Developer

About the Role

Eamiq Logics is looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to lead frontend and backend development. You will architect scalable systems, write clean and efficient code, and guide the development team while working on high-impact web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Design APIs, database schemas, and reusable frontend components.
• Optimize performance, fix bugs, and improve scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams for smooth delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with the MERN stack.
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+), async programming, and Node.js knowledge.
• Expert in React (hooks, state management, performance optimization).
• Experience building REST APIs with Node.js & Express.js.
• Familiar with Git, testing tools, and modern build tools.

Nice to Have

• Next.js, TypeScript, WebSockets/SSE
• CSS-in-JS or preprocessors
• Understanding of security best practices (CORS, XSS, etc.)
