MERN Stack Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient across the full stack and capable of independently handling development tasks while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and backend services
• Develop responsive, reusable, and high-quality UI components using React.js
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems
• Follow best coding practices and Agile development methodologies

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Experience in state management tools such as Redux / Context API
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub/Bitbucket
• Experience in deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP – basic to intermediate)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
