Job Description

We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in building modern and scalable web applications. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance web-based products. This role is suitable for professionals who can work independently on assigned tasks and contribute effectively to production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs for frontend and backend integration
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and third-party providers such as Google and Facebook
• Integrate external services and APIs, including AI models and AI-based platforms
• Collaborate with design, backend, and mobile development teams to ensure consistent and scalable solutions
• Use Git and GitHub for version control, collaboration, and code reviews
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to system improvements
• Follow secure coding standards and data protection practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience working with the MERN stack
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 or later)
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js
• Solid experience working with MongoDB
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience implementing JWT-based authentication and social login integrations
• Proficiency in React.js and state management tools such as Redux or Context API
• Experience using UI libraries such as Material UI or Ant Design
• Practical knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI models or AI-based APIs
• Familiarity with basic DevOps concepts such as CI/CD and deployments
• Experience working in a startup or agile development environment
