Mern Stack Developer

Pluton is seeking a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, define, and implement new features.
• Developing user-facing features using React.js, ensuring appealing and responsive user interfaces.
• Building efficient and scalable server-side systems using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrating front-end components with server-side logic, ensuring seamless communication between the two.
• Implementing data storage solutions using MongoDB and other relevant technologies.
• Identifying and addressing bugs, glitches, and performance issues to maintain application functionality.
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and trends to contribute to continuous improvement.

Job Requirement:

• Candidates must have 2 years of experience as MERN stack developer, which includes MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/ES6 and frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, and Next.js is essential.
• Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, as well as SQL for relational data management, is required.
• Knowledge of Redux for state management in complex applications is necessary.
• Familiarity with Socket.io for real-time communication and WebSocket integration is an advantage.
• Experience integrating payment gateways, such as Stripe and PayPal, for handling online transactions is expected.
• A solid understanding of microservices architecture and the ability to build distributed systems is important.
• Candidates should possess a strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web service integration.
• Proficiency in Git for version control and experience in agile development processes are required.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in an agile environment is crucial.
