MES Support Analyst

Your Job

As an MES Support Analyst, you will be part of the Digital Manufacturing team at Koch Technology Center, Bengaluru. You will play a key role in supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) applications, ensuring smooth plant operations across multiple business units. This is a mid-level role offering exposure to global manufacturing processes and cutting-edge technologies.

What You Will Do

• Provide production support for MES applications to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
• Collaborate with Delivery Manager, Manufacturing Support Lead, developers, and other team members to resolve issues across multiple business units.
• Handle Level 1/2/3 support and hyper-care activities.
• Document processes and train team members to build knowledge and skills.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 2-6 years of experience in MES/Manufacturing application support.
• Strong knowledge of Ignition tool (2-6 years).
• 2-5 years of experience with SQL Server.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and domain knowledge.
• Ability to learn new tools and applications quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
