Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere

• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as ,Clover and OpenTable, ensuring quick and precise processing

• Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation to uphold safety standards and cleanliness

• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities

• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations efficiently and accurately

• Support food industry operations by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas

• Engage with guests to foster positive relations, address inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings

• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover pos, and OpenTable is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques

• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously

• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately

• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm
