Shift Timing: Monday to Friday — 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month

Job Summary

Digit-it is hiring an experienced Meta Ads Expert with strong hands-on experience managing paid campaigns for the UAE market. The ideal candidate must be skilled in creating, optimizing, and scaling high-performing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Focus on UAE-based targeting, audience segmentation, and conversions
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for creative improvements
• Ensure proper pixel setup, tracking, and event optimization
• Stay updated on Meta Ads Manager policies and trends

Requirements

• 2–3 years minimum experience running Meta ads
• Mandatory: Experience in UAE market campaigns (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.)
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, scaling, and analytics
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance goals
• Knowledge of funnel building, remarketing, and conversion tracking
• Strong communication and reporting skills
