Role Overview

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Expert with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and results-driven — someone who can turn ad spend into measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple projects and clients.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to maximize performance.
• Create, test, and optimize ad creatives and copy in collaboration with the design team.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
• Implement A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and Pixel tracking.
• Experience in campaign budgeting, bidding strategies, and retargeting.
• Ability to analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong knowledge of audience building, lookalike audiences, and custom conversions.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
