Job Description:
DIGIT-IT is looking for a skilled and results-driven Meta Ads Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Manage ad budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports
• Conduct audience research and targeting
• A/B testing of ads, creatives, and copies
• Stay updated with latest trends and Meta advertising policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Meta Ads management
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
• Knowledge of audience targeting and campaign optimization
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred:

• Experience in lead generation and sales campaigns
• Basic knowledge of creatives/design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
