Mega Marketing Network is a performance-driven digital marketing company focused on generating high-quality leads, customer acquisition, and scalable revenue growth for businesses across multiple industries.

We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Expert who can plan, launch, and optimize high-converting Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns that generate measurable business results.

This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, conversion optimization, and scaling profitable campaigns.

Role Overview

As a Meta Ads Expert, you will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

Your focus will be lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI optimization using advanced campaign structures, audience targeting strategies, and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan and launch Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand growth
• Develop advanced campaign structures (CBO, ABO, scaling strategies)
• Build and manage full-funnel campaigns (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)

Audience & Targeting

• Conduct detailed audience research
• Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns
• Test multiple audience segments to identify profitable targeting

Creative Strategy

• Work with creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives
• Test multiple ad formats (image, carousel, video, reels, lead forms)
• Continuously improve ad performance through A/B testing

Conversion Tracking

• Set up and manage Meta Pixel & Conversion API
• Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance accurately
• Troubleshoot tracking issues

Optimization & Scaling

• Monitor key metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate)
• Optimize campaigns daily to improve performance
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability

Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Create clear performance reports and recommendations
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with real results
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey
• Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining ROI

Preferred Experience

• Experience running ads for legal, real estate, coaching, e-commerce, or service businesses
• Experience with CRM integrations and lead funnels
• Experience with landing page optimization
