Turn Up Technologies is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer who can take full ownership of digital acquisition campaigns and drive measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, hands-on expertise in paid media platforms, and a data-first mindset focused on optimizing ROI, scaling campaigns, and delivering consistent performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA efficiency.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Develop and implement conversion tracking frameworks and ensure accurate attribution models.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency and lead quality.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
- Proven experience managing high-budget digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of conversion optimization, funnel strategy, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience in software, digital services, or lead generation campaigns is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO strategies.
- Exposure to multi-market campaign management (US, UK, or global markets).
