Performance Marketer

Job Overview
Turn Up Technologies is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer who can take full ownership of digital acquisition campaigns and drive measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, hands-on expertise in paid media platforms, and a data-first mindset focused on optimizing ROI, scaling campaigns, and delivering consistent performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA efficiency.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
  • Develop and implement conversion tracking frameworks and ensure accurate attribution models.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency and lead quality.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
  • Proven experience managing high-budget digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of conversion optimization, funnel strategy, and audience segmentation.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience in software, digital services, or lead generation campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO strategies.
  • Exposure to multi-market campaign management (US, UK, or global markets).
