Meta Ads Expert

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert to join our digital marketing agency on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in running successful Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, with a strong track record of delivering results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for multiple clients

Develop targeted advertising strategies based on client goals and objectives

Conduct audience research and create custom audiences for precise targeting

Design compelling ad creatives and write persuasive ad copy

Set up and optimize campaigns for different objectives (lead generation, conversions, brand awareness, engagement, etc.)

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations

Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI

Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance

Analyze metrics and prepare detailed performance reports

Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, features, and best practices

Provide strategic recommendations to clients for campaign improvement

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads

Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with measurable results

Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite

Strong knowledge of Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics

Experience with audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies

Ability to create high-performing ad creatives and compelling copy

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and metrics

Knowledge of different campaign objectives and when to use them

Excellent communication skills for client reporting

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
