Meta Ads Expert (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert to join our digital marketing agency on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in running successful Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, with a strong track record of delivering results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for multiple clients
• Develop targeted advertising strategies based on client goals and objectives
• Conduct audience research and create custom audiences for precise targeting
• Design compelling ad creatives and write persuasive ad copy
• Set up and optimize campaigns for different objectives (lead generation, conversions, brand awareness, engagement, etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
• Analyze metrics and prepare detailed performance reports
• Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, features, and best practices
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients for campaign improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads
• Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with measurable results
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics
• Experience with audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies
• Ability to create high-performing ad creatives and compelling copy
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and metrics
• Experience managing advertising budgets (minimum PKR 50,000+ monthly spend)
• Knowledge of different campaign objectives and when to use them
• Excellent communication skills for client reporting
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Availability to work part-time with flexible hours
