We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist) with proven experience in the medical and healthcare sector, including clinics and medical centers, to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• Develop effective digital marketing strategies tailored to medical services.
• Target and attract the right audience for healthcare services (e.g., dermatology, dentistry, aesthetics, general clinics).
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROI, conversion rates).
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and clinic teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
• Strong understanding of clinic and healthcare marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
• Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
