About The Role
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to shape how VentureOne’s robotics venture is presented to external audiences across digital platforms, media channels, and industry ecosystems.
This role is responsible for building a consistent and engaging brand presence through structured social media management and public relations activities. In this role, you will translate product developments, company milestones, and technical concepts into clear external messages to approach and engage potential markets and clients.
You will work closely with product development, leadership, and commercial teams to ensure that messaging aligns with business priorities and is effectively communicated to external audiences.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage robotics venture social media presence across relevant platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning.

Create and publish engaging content, including social media posts, short-form articles, announcements, and supporting visual assets.

Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing, to drive traffic, increase audience engagement, and support campaign performance.

Drive lead generation through digital campaigns, content distribution, and marketing activities aimed at increasing visibility and engagement.

Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, partnerships, events, and other key business initiatives.

Draft and coordinate external communication materials, including press releases and company updates.

Support media outreach activities and coordinate with external agencies, media contacts, or partners.

Monitor social media and PR performance and prepare structured reporting with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant inputs, validate messaging, and ensure consistency across external communications.

Track industry trends, competitor activity, and communication practices to help inform content and positioning.
Minimum Requirements
-
Minimum of 7 years of experience in social media, public relations, or marketing roles, preferably in a tech start-up or scale-up environment (bonus if in robotics).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE, with familiarity with the local market, media landscape, and business environment.

Proven experience managing social media channels and developing content plans.

Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create content for technical and business audiences and translate complex topics into clear messages.

Experience supporting PR activities such as press releases or media coordination.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM platforms, and social media analytics tools.

Comfortable in dynamic startup environments, with flexibility to pivot strategies as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business fields.

Additional certifications in digital marketing, social media, or communications are considered an advantage.
