We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing team. Our company manages multiple brands and clients across various industries, and we are dedicated to running effective, high-performing ad campaigns. As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive conversions, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute advertising strategies on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) based on client objectives and marketing goals.
- Ad Creation & Optimization: Create compelling ad copies, select high-quality visuals, and manage the design of ads to ensure they are optimized for performance.
- Audience Targeting & Research: Conduct thorough audience research to target the right demographics, interests, and behaviors. Use custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing strategies for maximum ROI.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.), providing detailed performance reports and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.
- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets, ensuring that spend is allocated efficiently to meet KPIs and campaign goals.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, and placements to find optimal campaign setups.
- Collaboration with Design & Content Teams: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure creatives align with client goals and are optimized for ads.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices within Meta Ads to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in running and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, audience building, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, PPC, and audience targeting.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other ad tracking tools.
- Strong copywriting skills to create engaging and persuasive ad copy.
- Experience with budget management and maximizing ROI.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and explaining results to clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with additional paid social media platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Facebook Pixel and conversion tracking setups.
- Certification in Meta Blueprint or similar digital marketing certifications.
