Our Danish client owns a performance-focused digital marketing agency working with European eCommerce brands. This is not a freelance setup or agency collaboration — they build an internal team of disciplined operators who value structure, accountability, and long-term performance.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of execution, optimization, and scaling of multiple Meta ad accounts

• Execute campaigns strictly according to our internal Meta Ads Operation Framework

• Set up and maintain clean, scalable account structures (ABO, CBO, full-funnel, Cost Cap where applicable)

• Launch and validate creative tests based on briefs from the Creative Strategist and Founder

• Make disciplined scale / hold / kill decisions based on data, not intuition

• Monitor performance daily using Meta Ads Manager and TripleWhale

• Manage budgets responsibly while protecting account stability

• Maintain detailed audit logs of all meaningful changes in Notion

• Write clear weekly performance updates explaining results and next steps

• Share structured insights with the creative team on winning concepts and performance drivers

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for eCommerce brands

• Strong understanding of core eCommerce KPIs (CPA, ROAS, MER, NC-ROAS, NC-CPA, AOV)

• Proven ability to analyze performance and clearly explain what is working and why

• Experience managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously

• Experience in running Ads in EU specific regions

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment

• Strong written communication skills (non-negotiable)

• Used to documentation, structured workflows, and audit logs

Nice to Have

• Experience managing 10+ eCommerce clients at the same time

• Background in performance-focused or framework-driven agencies

• Familiarity with disciplined scaling models rather than “growth hacks”

• Experience working with European eCommerce brands
