Metal Fabricator

We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabricator to cut, shape, assemble, and finish metal components according to drawings and specifications. The role involves working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel in a workshop and at project sites while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand fabrication and shop drawings.
• Cut, bend, drill, grind, and assemble metal components.
• Perform welding activities (ARC / MIG / TIG) as required.
• Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely.
• Measure and mark materials accurately.
• Ensure fabricated items meet quality standards and tolerances.
• Repair or modify metal parts if required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support installation works at site when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma or equivalent in Metal Fabrication / Welding.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Metal Fabricator.
• Experience working with:
• Mild Steel (MS)
• Stainless Steel (SS)
• Aluminum
• Ability to read basic fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and hand tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with structural steel and architectural metal works.
• Knowledge of finishing works (polishing, powder coating preparation).
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to work long hours if required.
• Workshop and site experience in UAE/GCC is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
