Metal Work Supervisor

The Metal Work Supervisor will oversee fabrication, welding, assembly, and installation activities both in the workshop and on-site. This role ensures projects are executed according to engineering drawings, site conditions, and quality standards. The Supervisor is responsible for maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth coordination between workshop and site operations.

- Qualifications & Skill

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, or sheet metal work, including site installation supervision.

Strong knowledge of workshop fabrication, welding techniques, and installation methods.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and take accurate site dimensions.

Fluent in Arabic and good in English (spoken and written).

Experience working in Qatar or GCC countries is an advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control practices.
