Metallurgy Engineer

Essential: Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.

Desirable : High level of IT skills, and working knowledge of using an ERP system (SAP, MAXIMO).

Experience in working with molten Aluminium transfer and pouring

Experience in identifying the needed additives for the composition of the required Alloy

Experience in identifying the casting and mill parameters and configuration to produce the required Alloy Rod.

Experience in working with different Alloys especially 6 series, 8 series

Experience in identifying the correct ageing/annealing parameters of alloy wires and conductors as per the customer required specification

Job Skills: Creative approach, good commercial and quality awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience: 3 –5 years of experience in casting line of an Aluminum rod mill and well versed with both EC and customized Alloy rod casting process.
