We bridge the gap between medical and mental healthcare through strategic partnerships with psychiatrists, physicians, and primary care providers across New York.

We are seeking a motivated Marriage and Family Therapist - Limited Permit (MFT-LP) to join our inclusive, remote team. This role is designed for clinicians who value clinical autonomy, cultural humility, and earning supervised clinical hours toward full licensure in a systems-driven environment.

The Role: Remote Psychotherapist (MFT-LP) As a remote therapist, you will provide goal-oriented psychotherapy to a diverse population of adults and couples. Our model prioritizes fast access to care and clinical excellence, utilizing a multi-theoretical framework to serve the unique needs of New York communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations for adults and couples.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Deliver individual and couples therapy using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and DBT-informed approaches.
• Specialized Modalities: Integrate IFS-informed (Internal Family Systems) and Gottman Method frameworks (preferred).
• Multicultural Engagement: Utilize motivational interviewing and culturally responsive treatment planning to support diverse patient identities.
• Documentation Excellence: Maintain clinical notes and treatment plans aligned with CPT and ICD-10 standards.
• Collaborative Care: Participate in a clinician-led network focused on continuity of care and community impact.

Position Requirements

• Licensure: Valid MFT-LP (Limited Permit) in New York State (Required).
• Clinical Interests: Experience or strong interest in couples therapy and general adult psychotherapy.
• Inclusive Approach: Commitment to identity-affirming care and working within a multicultural framework.
• Telehealth Proficiency: Experience with EHR systems (e.g., SimplePractice) and providing therapy via secure video platforms.
• Schedule: Minimum 25 clinical hours per week. Flexible scheduling available (mornings, evenings, or weekends).
