Role Overview:

The MICE Sales Executive / Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring corporate clients, understanding their event and travel requirements, and managing complete MICE movements — both domestic and outbound.

This role demands excellent communication, destination knowledge, and strong business development skills to drive growth in the MICE segment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners for MICE business.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch House of Vacations’ MICE expertise and destination capabilities.
  • Build relationships with HR, Admin, and decision-makers responsible for corporate travel and events.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, and industry connections.

2. Sales & Proposal Management

  • Prepare customized proposals, itineraries, and costings for MICE groups (domestic & international).
  • Negotiate with clients and vendors to ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

3. Coordination & Execution Support

  • Liaise with internal operations and vendor teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
  • Conduct site visits, pre-event briefings, and post-event evaluations with clients.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction for every movement.

4. Market Research & Reporting

  • Stay updated with MICE market trends, destination developments, and competitive offerings.
  • Maintain accurate lead pipelines, client data, and weekly sales reports.
  • Provide regular business updates and feedback to management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
  • Deep knowledge of domestic and international MICE destinations.
  • Proven track record in B2B MICE or corporate group sales.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a professional, polished presence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Travel & Tourism.
  • 2–6 years of experience in MICE sales (domestic & outbound).
  • Prior experience in a MICE or corporate event travel company is mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,561.03 - ₹37,931.07 per month
