About Us: Network Squad is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) dedicated to delivering innovative IT solutions. We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team immediately.

We are looking for a highly skilled Power Automate Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio to design, develop, and deliver intelligent automation solutions. The role involves building proof-of-concept (POC) solutions and scaling them into secure, production-ready systems while ensuring high technical quality, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

  • Design, build, and continuously refine proofs of concept (POCs) using the Power Platform, including topics, orchestration, connectors, prompts, and security controls.
  • Validate business value quickly with stakeholders and transition successful POCs into robust, production-ready solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate cloud flows, Power Apps, and Copilot solutions following best practices and organizational standards.

Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Integration

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365, including lists, libraries, site structures, permissions, and governance.
Guide stakeholders on appropriate use-case development leveraging SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities.

Testing, Performance & Non-Functional Requirements

  • Define and implement testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and System Acceptance Testing (SAT).
  • Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements, such as performance, scalability, security, resilience, and accessibility.
  • Instrument telemetry and monitoring using Application Insights to track performance, reliability, and success rates.

Integration & Automation

  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with APIs and third-party services, following secure connector usage patterns and developing custom connectors where required.
  • Build Power Automate Desktop (PAD) automations using resilient selectors, dynamic waits, robust exception handling, and secure credential management.

Documentation, Support & Knowledge Transfer

  • Produce clear, pragmatic technical documentation, including solution designs, runbooks, knowledge base articles, and handover materials.
  • Support release activities, including Go/No-Go decisions, smoke testing, and hypercare, and resolve defects promptly to ensure stable operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in software engineering/ computer science/ data science, or any equivalent degree.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, typically 3+ years, delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong proficiency in SharePoint / Microsoft 365 configuration, including lists, content types, permissions, governance, and integration with Power Platform.
  • Strong development fundamentals in the Microsoft technology stack, including HTML, .NET, C#, JavaScript, Bootstrap API integration, and working with data stores such as Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales/marketing/business modules) is highly desirable.
